If you experience flair ups of swelling in certain areas, this is great to dress with an ointment and apply to problem areas. The straps stay fastened under tension well and the underside is soft and easy to clean.
This set contains two separate packs for each knee and two more very versatile smaller sizes that can easily be used anywhere on arms, legs, and feet (too small to wrap on thighs). I have been using castor oil packs for over 3 years now and swear by them. I like that these specific sizes have strong velcro that fits snugly since I sleep with them on. I did put a large sock over the one I used on the arch area of my foot, but it really wasn't needed... I used the sock to keep the outside of the pack clean when I walked on it.. The one that wraps around the knee area is also made well to allow the knee to bend easily while wearing the pack. Got after seeing a tiktok about using castor oil for bone spurs. The wraps are well made and as described. Not really seeing any difference but not because of the wraps being faulty.
