This item is exactly as it was advertised. I does relieve some of the shoulder pain. Size runs a bit large. I wear XL shirts, but had to get a Large for proper fit.

This is just good as neoprene. But it feels comforting on my upper shuolders for work or if home working out. My size M was the fit and no issues adjusted to my shoulders.

Decent compressionSeems comfortable around the arm.Double shoulder is the best,even if only one shoulder is the immediate reason,imo
