I started wearing wrist braces when I sleep because without them I wake up with tingling and numbness near the pinkie finger in both hands. I bought a pair of  Wrist Braces. They are easy to properly put on in the dark, even when I'm very sleepy, and easy to take off again in the morning when I wake up. Since I can put either one on either hand, I have an easier time getting in to them at night. I've experimented: if I don't wear them for a night I wake up with my old tingling and numbness. When I wear them to sleep, I wake up without that tingling and numbness.

This brace works well to relieve my pain when I wear it when I sleep.

I purchased these because I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and needs them while I was away from home for a while.Using 2 of them at a time can be a challenge but these were easy to adjust even while having one in each wrist.They are very well built and I''''m impressed with the quality.

Bought these to see if they help with carpet tunnel bone sticking up in top of hand. Wore them all night for 3 nights when first bought and bone went back in place and no more pain. Worth buying.
