I first bought one here that was 11.04 total equivalent to a kids beachball LITTLE padding on top one only. 1st use 1 of 2 Velcro straps broke, 2nd time started leaking. But I did realize it worked, thus bought higher dollar one this one, WELL WORTH IT !! Much thicker bags, softer heavier cover on all bag, much nicer valve and you can take bulb off if you want to move around without it hanging on your shoulder. TIP do not over do it first time apply slight pressure then work your way up to you achieve your objective. Not necessary I recommend a massager for next morning like working out you FEEL IT ! with massager WOW feels incredible after having use this . I will also take the time to say I recommend the two head massager long arm you can use it on yourself and cradle muscles with the two heads.

Ordered this for my husband. it has made a huge difference in relieving pain and numbness in fingers. we just ordered a new one as a lot of use the old one wore out.. it is very affordable and we use it a lot
at first i thought it wouldn't blow up all the way. then i read the little manual and realized the little ball had moved into the tubing, it's easy just to slide it back up and continue to inflate it. the straps work well to keep it tight, keep blowing it up to get good traction.
like the relief it provides and how it stretches my neck.
like the inflatable pump but just a little small for a man's neck.
It is easy to use. I like to relax my n clean before going to bed. I can then sleep very well.
