I have only had this for a week, but so far so good. I have deteriorating disks in my neck… this soft and comfortable brace helps support my neck when I am really tired. I don't wear it all the time- just mostly when really fatigued and it feels hard to hold my head up. This brace is soft and comfortable and provides extra needed support. This neck brace is lighter and more comfortable than the old one I was using previously. It's also really nice being able to wash the cover (I haven't yet, but am glad that I can).

I found this neck brace to be comfortable and easy to put on right out of the box. It was sized properly. There were no stiff or scratchy parts, and I can foresee that any time I might want to use this neck brace, it seems to be appropriate to use. I give it five stars for fit, comfort and durability.

This brace is relaxing to my neck because it helps hold it in a better position. I have spent too many hours leaning forward over my devices and even my knitting, and it's taken a toll on my neck and shoulders. The fabric has a velvety finish that is comfortable on my skin. The Velcro strap makes it quite adjustable. The directions are clear and include some good and helpful neck exercises. I am favorably impressed with this product so far after several days of intermittent use, and will update my review with new insights if anything changes notably.

It takes a little bit of getting used to but compared to other neck braces this one is a lot more comfortable and my room mate says that it does a really good job and makes her neck feel better

I like how easy this is to put on. It is comfortable on the neck and I like it for my posture.

Note that the photo shows both the medium (grey) and large (blue) sizes. For reference, the large is approximately 2" longer than the medium. I wear either a 15.5" or 16" collared men's shirt. The thick portion of the medium is approximately 19.5" long, the large is 21.5" long. The medium fits me perfectly, but were my neck any larger (for example, if I wore a 16.5" men''''s dress shirt), I''''d have to wear the large.What's not to like about this? The measurement guide provided by the vendor is spot on, the material is nice and soft, the plastic interior has the required rigidity, and the "sleeve" is a nice touch to make the portion in contact with your chin nice and soft. This works much better than anything else that I've needed since being diagnosed with a medical condition I've carried since birth but only with age has reared its ugly head. Five stars all around.

This neck brace is a simple solution that works well. It is made of a foam type material that uses velcro to attach around your neck. Once attached, it holds your head into an upright position. Your chin/back-of-head use the material to keep your head position upright. You can turn left/right, but can't look down or up.The brace is comfortable an non-irratating. You can use the velcro attachement to adjust the tightness.It comes with a small, open ended storage bag. I'm not sure why it is open ended (like a sleeve).The directions/info with it are pretty simple. It mostly includes warnings with it. It does include a few stretches/exercises to help with neck pain (without the brace).For a sub $20 neck brace, I'm happy!

I got this for my son to straighten his posture. It works, of course, he needs to use it often. Also my wife likes it to make her neck a better shape. It is adjustable, fits both my son and my wife's neck. The material is soft and durable.

My spouse has some neck issues and was in need of something to give her relief. This looked promising, so we thought we'd give it a try. At first we weren't sure about the fit, but after wearing it for a short time determined that it fit very well - it just takes a little bit to get used to it. The brace is secured by adjustable hook and loop fasteners. The outer material is very soft and does not irritate the neck. The brace provides good support. Ordering was a bit confusing because there are about 26 options, but no description for each option. Just a letter/number combination. I ordered the B01 and it is exactly what we expected.
