I seem to always have pain in my neck and this heat brace feels great on. It is not too big so it is comfortable and I can wear it anywhere. The foam makes it nice and soft. After use, my neck feels so good. Good purchase.

We ordered this cervical collar for me to wear for sleeping as I sustained neck sprain few weeks ago and after medications and physical therapy, I was not sleeping optimally as desired, and I decided to get this neck brace. I have been wearing it to sleep for over the past 3 weeks now, and so far, it's pretty comfortable for me to sleep in, and I do like that my neck gets properly aligned, well supported and padded with the soft memory foam of the collar. Though I had to adjust it a few things at night during the first week of sleeping with it until I was able to find the right adjustment that gives me both comfort and stability, and since the second week of using it, I do sleep better with only a single adjustment before falling asleep. So far, so good, I will definitely recommend this neck brace.

I have been having serious neck pain and wished I could have one of those collars I see people wear after an accident. I came across this on Amazon accidentally and I was so happy.After a long day of work, I put the collar on and it eases the strain I feel on my neck. It's soft enough to be comfortable but firm enough to keep my neck stabilized. I can control how tight I want to wear it with the long Velcro strap.I also use it in the car on a car trip. I need to minimize the movements of my neck in the car and this helps.I'm very happy I came across this brace.

I ordered medium and it fits exactly as per the description. Most importantly, it's very comfortable to wear, stays in place with the velcro strap, and I even forget that I'm wearing it. I've had this device for a little over two weeks now and it's amazing. I have terrible posture and a sore (and tense) neck, upper shoulders, and lower back - mostly from sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day. I've been using the neck stretch and relaxation device and I already feel better. I hardly have any neck pain now and I usually fall asleep when using the device because it's so relaxing to really stretch your neck and shoulders. This is one of my favorite things that I use for self care. I highly recommend this, especially, if you are like me and hunch over your computer while working.

I don't have any medical need for a brace, so I can't speak to its medical application, but if you sleep on your neck wrong and get a crick in your neck, this is a great way to rest your neck to recuperate. The Velcro strap makes it very easy to adjust if it's too tight or if you just need to take it off for a second. The memory foam is firm enough to support, and soft enough to be luxurious with the ice silk cover. Sometimes I even just wear it as a scarf while I nap in my chair.

I mostly got this for the neck support and the heating mechanism was just there if I needed it. I was happy to see that it can be fully removed so you don't always have a cord dangling when not in use. The material is very smooth and comfortable to wear. The actual support is exactly what i needed to remind me to correct my posture when on the computer.I purchased the large size after measuring my neck circumference and the chart is accurate. I can wear this as is or with an ice pack beneath it. There is also a sleeve that is made of the same material you can slip around it that is machine washable. Really, don't have any complaints here. This is a nice supportive neck collar to use during the day, or even during a cat nap for extra help. This makes a good gift for just about anyone.
